HighRoad Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Thanks for your interest in being a HighRoad affiliate!

There are just a few rules to go by, please check them out:

1. You agree not to request any changes in commissions.
   This affiliate program runs on the Rainmaker Platform* – an industry leader in online marketing. I’ve made the effort on my part to be sure that purchase links are made available only via the links provided in the emails of affiliates.
   In other words, it’s all set up for you to get paid commissions from those who purchase via your efforts.
2. If a customer requests a change, your commissions may be adjusted.
   A customer could request to be assigned to a different affiliate. I will honor that request if it comes along.
3. You agree not to use my image or brand in paid advertising.
   If you’re going with paid advertising (Facebook or elsewhere). You can use your own image and your own brand, but please don’t use any images that have not been provided to you explicitly within the affiliate promotional area.

4. You agree to communicate clearly that you’re a HighRoad affiliate.
   An important part of affiliate marketing is to be upfront about the fact that you will receive commissions from what you’re promoting (usually just a sentence like “this is an affiliate link” will work). Also, it’s the law.
