We reserve the right to refuse any content we deem offensive or illegal, for whatever reason. In the case that your project is declined based on content, you will receive a full refund in 2-3 business days.

Cancellations

In the most unfortunate case that you would want to cancel this project, you would be charged for all billable hours spent on the project up until cancellation (or payment in full, if the project has already been completed).

Legal

Once project fees are paid in full to Reach Israelis, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork or text furnished to the client are owned by the client. Reach Israelis assumes the client has permission from the rightful owner to use any images and/or text that are provided by the client for inclusion in its materials, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Reach Israelis from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work.

Reach Israelis retains the right to display graphics as examples of work in a portfolio.
